Enjoy all the highlights of the region within a half-hour drive or explore the many hiking trails that start right at your doorstep. Relax by the pool or fire up the barbecue for an outdoor dinner.
*** ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION ***
Can Blanc de Montagut is nestled in a quiet valley, along the Fluvià River. The house is only 1.5 km from the A26 between Olot and Besalú. Within a 30-minute drive, you can reach almost all the attractions in the region.
This rustic farmhouse features a spacious kitchen with views over the fields and hills, equipped with a dishwasher, large refrigerator and freezer, electric hob, oven, dishes, pans, cutlery, and a washing machine. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and has a large dining table for 10 people, perfect for enjoying a meal together. The dining room is also a delightful place to play games in the evening by the fire of the large wood stove or read a book on the sofa.
There are three comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a very comfortable 180x200cm bed, including a master bedroom with a sitting area and a large wardrobe. There is a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, bidet, and a changing table for guests with babies.
In front of the house, there is a private garden and terrace where you can enjoy peace and space. On the other side of the house, there is another terrace with a large dining table and garden chairs for extensive dining. Next to the house is a shared barbecue area that includes a covered outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill and two sinks. There is also a shared garden with a pool, surrounded by loungers and perfect for cooling off on hot days. The pool is maintained twice a week by a professional pool maintenance company. The house has (free) private parking next to it.

From the house, there are several short and long hiking trails along the Fluvia, over the mountains, and to Castellfollit de la Roca, which is just a 40-minute walk from Can Blanc de Montagut.

We wanted to share that the neighboring farm of Can Blanc, owned by the Batallé group, has been recognized as the best pig farm in Garrotxa. They are dedicated to continuing to improve and set new standards in the industry, ensuring the well-being and care of the animals at every stage of their lives.

La casa és molt gran i ben decorada amb tocs moderns que encaixen molt bé amb el rústic. Espais molt amplis però acollidors, sobretot amb la xemeneia. Cuina molt ben equipada i llits grans i molt còmodes!

La casa tenia tot el que es pot necessitar, estris de cuina, tovalloles i llençols. Molt neta, habitacions arregades i espais bonics, piscina i zona de barbacoa per estar disfrutant a l'aire lliure.

El termostat no es podia apagar directament des de la casa (era automàtic i ho havia de fer el propietari) i la rodeta d'alguns radiadors no funcionava, pel que no es podia parar la calefacció del tot. Tot i així la comunicació va ser molt eficient isee more
