Can Blanc de Montagut is nestled in a quiet valley, along the Fluvià River. The house is only 1.5 km from the A26 between Olot and Besalú. Within a 30-minute drive, you can reach almost all the attractions in the region.
This rustic farmhouse features a spacious kitchen with views over the fields and hills, equipped with a dishwasher, large refrigerator and freezer, electric hob, oven, dishes, pans, cutlery, and a washing machine. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and has a large dining table for 10 people, perfect for enjoying a meal together. The dining room is also a delightful place to play games in the evening by the fire of the large wood stove or read a book on the sofa.
There are three comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a very comfortable 180x200cm bed, including a master bedroom with a sitting area and a large wardrobe. There is a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, bidet, and a changing table for guests with babies.
In front of the house, there is a private garden and terrace where you can enjoy peace and space. On the other side of the house, there is another terrace with a large dining table and garden chairs for extensive dining. Next to the house is a shared barbecue area that includes a covered outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill and two sinks. There is also a shared garden with a pool, surrounded by loungers and perfect for cooling off on hot days. The pool is maintained twice a week by a professional pool maintenance company. The house has (free) private parking next to it.
Can Blanc Baix is hidden in a quiet valley, along the Fluvià River. The house is only 1.5 km from the A26 between Olot and Besalú. Nos encantó la casa. Somos 3 parejas que siempre buscamos casa con 3 habitaciones con cama de matrimonio, y no es fácil encontrarlas. Además, que tenga una buena cocina amplia y espacio dónde sentarse a comer y luego hacer sobremesa. Esta casa cumplísee more
Nos encantó la casa. Somos 3 parejas que siempre buscamos casa con 3 habitaciones con cama de matrimonio, y no es fácil encontrarlas. Además, que tenga una buena cocina amplia y espacio dónde sentarse a comer y luego hacer sobremesa. Esta casa cumplía con todo. En cuanto al resto de la casa, con su aspecto rústico le da un encanto que apreiamos mucho. Zona exterior para hacer bbq, aunque puede que te toque compartir con los veinos de otros alojamientos. Zona de aparcar sin problemas. Y la ubicación, en medio del campo con bosque y montaña alrededor, es envidiable. Para terminar la zona de La Garrotxa, da muchas opciones para hacer excursiones y buen comer. En definitiva una salida perfecta.

El lloc és molt xulo, tot és nou però amb encant retro. Te unes passejades molt bones a prop de la casa i els nois van ser molt amables per indicarnos llocs on anar, on comprar i on dinar! Els gossos i nosaltres ens ho vem passar de 10!.

Wij hadden een super goeie vakantie ! Het zwembad was zalig en de accommodatie was op alles voorzien . Ook de ping Pong tafel kon de kinderen bezig houden . Als ik dan toch een tip mag geven aan de uitbaters . Iets van schaduw voorzien aan het zwembasee more
Wij hadden een super goeie vakantie ! Het zwembad was zalig en de accommodatie was op alles voorzien . Ook de ping Pong tafel kon de kinderen bezig houden . Als ik dan toch een tip mag geven aan de uitbaters . Iets van schaduw voorzien aan het zwembad is geen overbodige luxe in een zonnig land als Spanje 😉

La granja de animales está muy cerca. Incomodidad de ruido y olor. Cuando la reservamos no entendimos que estaba tan cerca. Se tendria que especificar mas.

La casa tenia tot el que es pot necessitar, estris de cuina, tovalloles i llençols. Molt neta, habitacions arregades i espais bonics, piscina i zona de barbacoa per estar disfrutant a l'aire lliure.

El termostat no es podia apagar directament des de la casa (era automàtic i ho havia de fer el propietari) i la rodeta d'alguns radiadors no funcionava, pel que no es podia parar la calefacció del tot. Tot i així la comunicació va ser molt eficient isee more

El lloc és molt xulo, tot és nou però amb encant retro. Te unes passejades molt bones a prop de la casa i els nois van ser molt amables per indicarnos llocs on anar, on comprar i on dinar! Els gossos i nosaltres ens ho vem passar de 10!.

Si hagués de posar un però, seria que per un grup de 6 persones que hi hagi un lavabo es una mica just, però això és una opinió personal. Tota la resta genial!

Els fregalls de la cuina son tant ecològics que pel meu gust no renten prou, sort que hi ha rentaplats, i l'olor dels porcs de la granja del costat, però dins la casa no hi arriba...
