**About the house**
Majordoms Art takes its name from the family that built and lived in this house across generations. The upper floor space served as the painting studio of local artist Josep Colomer i Comas (Sant Feliu de Pallerols, 1935–2003), a landscape painter rooted in the tradition of the Escola d'Olot, known for his rural scenes of La Garrotxa. He painted here, received clients and gave lessons. His work is part of private collections in Catalonia and internationally.

Given the proximity of neighbours, respecting the quiet hours (22:00–08:00) is especially important here.

Spring and autumn are green and mild, with temperatures between 12 and 22°C, ideal for walking, cycling and exploring the natural park without summer heat.
