GENERAL CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT BY THE CLIENT

In the event of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:

30 days before the check-in date: 0% of the reservation amount.
Between 29 and 14 days: 30%.
Less than 14 days before: 100%. No refunds will be given if the client voluntarily withdraws from the services before the end of their stay.

MODIFICATIONS BY THE COMPANY

In the event that the accommodation cannot be occupied due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the company's control, the company will provide the client with another accommodation of equal or superior characteristics without reimbursement from either party.

DATA PROTECTION

In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data ("LPD"), we inform you that by completing the reservation process, your personal data will be incorporated into the company's files to provide and offer our services. Additionally, we inform you of the possibility of exercising the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition to your personal data, with the company itself being responsible for the file.

Some properties may be equipped with:

Visible video surveillance cameras, installed only in exterior or shared areas. No surveillance takes place in private spaces such as bedrooms or bathrooms.

Occupancy monitoring devices, used to estimate the number of people in the property and ensure compliance with the maximum occupancy rules.

In properties with such systems, the property owner is the data controller responsible for the surveillance. Els Majordoms, S.L. does not operate, control, or have access to any footage or data collected through these systems.

Personal data collected during the stay (e.g., contact information, ID, surveillance data if applicable) is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Property owners have access to guest data necessary for the management of the rental. Guests are legally considered clients of the property owner, and this is reflected in the data sharing model.

We use secure digital tools to organize operations and communicate with guests. These include internal planning systems (e.g., for first names and stay dates), contact management tools (e.g., for guest name, phone number, and arrival date), and messaging applications for customer support.
