This tastefully decorated home exudes tranquility and style. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a fully renovated home. Ca les Cosines 47 was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2022, allowing you to enjoy modern amenities and a stylish interior.
On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen with a dining area. It features new kitchen appliances and all the amenities you need for an extended stay.
Adjacent to the kitchen and dining area, there is a toilet room.
The living room is located at the front of the house and overlooks the lively Plaça de les Rodes. There is a large smart TV with a standard cable package and the ability to stream via Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds. The room at the front of the house has French doors leading to a balcony and offers a view of Plaça de les Rodes.
The second room at the back of the house also has two single beds and an adjoining workspace with a generous desk and a comfortable chair.
Fast internet is available for optimal connectivity, whether you need to work or stream videos.
On the first floor, there is also a complete bathroom with a bathtub, which has been fully renovated while preserving the original tiles.
Through the kitchen, a staircase leads down to the parking area. This is accessible via a street at the back of the house and is closed with a large gate.

Le seul point que je pourrai signaler est le manque de climatisateur surtout dans les chambres. Malgré le fait qu'on ait des ventilateurs, en été il fait super chaud dans la maison et c'était un peur difficile pour les petits pendant la nuit. sinon rien à redire au niveau de la qualité du logement. il est vraiment bien.

Mooie lokatie wel erg gehorig en op woensdag is het markt dag, dat is natuurlijk super leuk en gezellig maar het opbouwen van de markt begint heel vroeg in de ochtend en het lijkt wel of ze naast je bed staan.

El aislamiento de las ventanas que están en la habitación que da a la zona peatonal. Se escuchaba bastante a la gente que paseaba y los niños jugando por la noche.
El sofá se agradecería que fuese un poco más amplio y cómodo.
